WARNING ZONE

Despite the snow, we still went ahead for our March Connect Reception with over 40 businesses in attendance which was hosted by Warning Zone.

Whilst businesses connected, members and guests were able to tour the Life Skills Centre (unique to most of the UK) which teaches young school children vital life lessons about e-safety from cyber bullying and on-line grooming through innovative fairground games. Personal safety is also a key feature at Warning Zone where 8 life like safety zones take young people through a range of scenarios from kitchen and house fires through to alcohol and substance misuse to crime and anti-social behaviour.

Thankfully the snow didn’t stop the wine flowing and particularly the Everards Tiger Beer so our sincere thanks goes out to Warning Zone, their team and volunteers, and to Everards Brewery for making us so warmly welcomed for another excellent evening of fresh and effective business networking.
