Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) with Priti Coles
We were excited and intrigued for the opportunity to try some TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) with KuKu Connect Member Priti Coles.
TRE is an innovative series of exercises that help the body to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Doctor David Berceli, PhD, TRE safely triggers a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, that calms down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a secure and controlled environment, the body is motivated to return back to a state of balance.
