SMB College Group Launch Land-based T-Level!

SMB College Group is excited to announce the launch of their brand new T-Level in Agriculture, Land Management & Production (Livestock Production Pathway) for September 2024!

 

T-Levels are exciting new qualifications which offer a fantastic opportunity for 16-18 year olds to study a Level 3 qualification with a guaranteed work placement attached.

 

Taught at the college’s 850-acre Brooksby Campus, these post-16 study options are brilliant for students who are interested in taking a more academic route into the agriculture industry, whilst still maintaining a key focus on practical industry skills and competencies. With each T-Level being equivalent to studying three A Levels, these qualifications also allow learners to progress onto university after college, should they wish. 

 

Within T-Level programmes, the focus is centred around ‘T-shaped’ learning – where subject knowledge, industry skills and professional behaviours are weighted equally, making these courses ideal for those wishing to gain a well-rounded, and technically rich qualification as a gateway to employment or Higher Education.
