I first used Helen to book a holiday 2 years ago and ever since she has booked all our trips. She is fantastic, she takes the stress out of booking a holiday. We give her dates and budget, Helen then gives us ideas and suggestions. She makes sure everything is booked from your seat to your transfer. On one occasion our plane was delayed while we were on the runway. Other passengers were frantically trying to call to rearrange transfers etc, but we turned on our phones to a text from Helen to say she had seen we were delayed so she had organised the transfers already. Great service.
Helen has also booked my friends and families holidays, and they are all delighted with her and the services she offers.
