- Take charge of a beautiful mini copper still to develop and distill your own bespoke bottle of gin.
- Create your own recipe from our extensive selection of botanicals.
- The distillation process will take around 90 minutes, during which time you will enjoy a complimentary G&T and learn how we create our award-winning gin in the distillery
- Our expert distillers will guide you throughout the process including when to make those all important cuts which will influence your spirit’s flavour.
- We will help you to complete your bespoke batch of gin, which you will then decant into a full sized 70cl bottle, apply your bespoke personalised label and cork your own bottle.
