SPEAKER 1: EX WORLD CHAMPION BOXER

Billy Schwer is an ex light-welterweight world champion boxer who never gave up when the pressure was on and times got tough.

He got up when he was knocked down, shook off the negativity, and came back stronger no matter the opponent. The same is said about sales. No matter how many times we get knocked down, we have to find that resilience to get back on our feet, shake off the negativity and go again with vigour. Billy is an absolute inspiration so who better to give a live keynote speech on resilience?

As a bonus, Billy will discuss his ordeals, stories, highs and lows within this course.

SPEAKER 2: PROFESSIONAL ACTRESS

Being on a shopfloor can be exhausting. The pressure of making a sale. The ‘angst’ amongst colleagues.

All of this adds up to stress, losing focus, not applying ourselves as well as we should and more importantly, not creating those everlasting relationships. When we learn to master these emotions, we channel this positive energy into our work. We become the best version of ourselves, have seemingly endless energy, everything we set our minds to reaps results. Bliss, nirvana, heaven – That’s what all us salespeople seek.

Breathing properly helps do this by regulating our emotions. We articulate better, think more logically and create stronger relationships and our speaker Fiona, a trained actress, gives a live workshop on exactly this. It helps us express ourselves, allows us to be our best version, and most importantly ensures that customers’ loyalty for future purchases is unquestionable.

All sessions are recorded as evergreen training content for managers to relay information to their teams.
