KUKU CONNECT AT BELVOIR CASTLE

Her Grace the Duchess of Rutland hosted KuKu Connect at a special reception at her family home, Belvoir Castle. The Duchess and castle became members of KuKu Connect Leicestershire and were keen to meet a variety of local business people from across the county and wider East Midlands.

Over 75 businesses attended on what was a glorious sunny morning, haled by not only the spectacular view of the castle but also Their Grace’s own Piper whose musical pipes welcomed guests who entered the castle to be greeted by the Duchess and her team in the Guard’s Hall.

As well as fresh homemade cake from the castle’s talented chef, guests connected in resplendent style in the castle’s State Rooms which were steeped in history and priceless works of art and even a spot of ‘indoor clay pigeon shooting’. All in all a very special morning and memorable Connect Reception.

Belvoir Castle itself is a private family home with a 1000 years history, but is open to supporting businesses with special and corporate events with an impressive offer that can tailor to suit businesses of all size.
